These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in KinQuest sessions operated by KINQUEST LTD ("KinQuest", "we", "our", "us").
By making a booking, attending a session or participating in any KinQuest activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Session Information
KinQuest provides character-led sports and activity sessions for children approximately aged 18 months to 5 years.
Sessions may vary in:

Sports themes
-
Characters
-
Equipment used
-
Session structure
KinQuest reserves the right to amend session content where necessary.
3. Booking Conditions
All bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
By making a booking, you confirm:

You are legally authorised to book on behalf of the child attending

Information provided is accurate and complete

You agree to these Terms and Conditions
Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received.
4. Payment
Session prices are displayed on the KinQuest website at the time of booking.
Payment must be made in full before attendance unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to:

Change pricing at any time

Offer promotions or discounts
-
Withdraw promotions without notice
Changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.
5. Cancellations by Customers
Due to limited session spaces, bookings are generally non-refundable.
If notice is given more than 7 days before a session, we may at our discretion offer:

A booking transfer

Session credit
-
An alternative session date
If notice is given within 7 days of a session, refunds, transfers or credits are generally not available.
Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at KinQuest's discretion.
6. Cancellations by KinQuest
KinQuest reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend sessions due to circumstances including:

Illness

Venue issues
-
Insufficient numbers
-
Severe weather
-
Health and safety concerns
-
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where KinQuest cancels a session, customers will normally be offered:

An alternative session date
-
Session credit
-
A refund
7. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Parents or guardians remain responsible for the child attending at all times unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Parents or guardians agree to:

Supervise children where required
-
Follow instructions from KinQuest staff
-
Provide accurate medical information
-
Ensure children are suitably dressed for activities
-
Inform KinQuest of any changes to relevant information
Parents or guardians remain responsible for children's behaviour and wellbeing during attendance.
8. Health and Medical Information
Parents or guardians must inform KinQuest of any relevant:

Medical conditions
-
Allergies
-
Additional support requirements
-
Injuries
-
Health concerns affecting participation
Participation takes place at the parent or guardian's own assessment of suitability.
KinQuest reserves the right to refuse participation where safety concerns exist.
9. Illness and Attendance
Children should not attend sessions if they:

Have a contagious illness
-
Have sickness or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours
-
Have symptoms that may affect other participants
KinQuest reserves the right to refuse participation where a child appears unwell.
10. Safety and Behaviour
KinQuest aims to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Unsafe, aggressive or disruptive behaviour by either children or adults may result in:

Warnings being issued

Removal from the session
-
Future bookings being refused
No refund will normally be provided where removal is necessary for safety reasons.
11. Photography and Video
KinQuest may occasionally take photographs or videos during sessions for:

Marketing
-
Social media
-
Promotional materials
-
Website content
Identifiable images of children will only be used where consent has been provided.
Parents and guardians may withdraw consent at any time.
12. Personal Property
KinQuest cannot accept responsibility for:

Lost items
-
Damaged items
-
Stolen property
Personal belongings are brought entirely at the owner's risk.
13. Liability
Participation in physical activities carries an inherent element of risk.
KINQUEST LTD accepts responsibility where required by law but shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Minor injuries arising from normal participation risks

Indirect losses
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud

Any liability which cannot legally be excluded
14. Force Majeure
KinQuest shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including:

Natural events

Government restrictions

Venue closures

Staff illness

Technical failures

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
