KinQuest is a fun and gentle way for children to discover a love of sport.
Through simple games, movement and imagination, they explore different sports in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, picking up real techniques as they play.
Each session is led by a character coach who brings their sport to life in a way that feels playful, familiar and easy to step into.
One week they might join Coach Carla’s Chaos Cup.
The next, they could be part of Barry Bowlins’ Strike Spectacular.
Sessions are relaxed and varied, helping children stay active, engaged and happy from start to finish, while building real foundations along the way.
BUILT FOR EVERY STAGE
Sessions have elements for different ages so that everything feels right for where they are:
Ages 1.5 – 2.5 years
Gentle, playful sessions focused on movement, exploration and early coordination.
Ages 2.5 – 3.5 years
More interaction, simple challenges and early techniques introduced through play.
Ages 3.5 – 5 years
Higher energy sessions with more structure, helping children build confidence and develop skills in a natural way.
Across all groups, it stays fun-first, with real techniques introduced through games rather than instruction.
LET'S MEET THE COACHES
The coaches are at the heart of KinQuest.
Each one brings their own personality and sport to life in a way children can relate to. Over time, children begin to recognise their favourites, feel more comfortable, and grow in confidence as they return.
It’s a friendly, supportive environment where children can enjoy sport, learn through play, and take their first steps into it in a way that feels right.

From fast-paced games to gentle challenges, children are invited to step in, explore and play in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, while getting to know a loveable character along the way.
CASSIE KICKS CHAOS CUP!
Cassie Kicks is building her dream team, and today is match day… whether she’s ready or not.
Children dash through cone mazes, chase loose balls, and take on playful “training drills” that don’t always go to plan. Expect lots of kicking, quick changes of direction, and a lively mini match where goals, cheers and celebrations come thick and fast.
CASSIE KICKS
A whirlwind of whistles, big ideas and unstoppable enthusiasm, Cassie Kicks turns everything into a big match moment. If it’s loud, exciting and a little bit wobbly, she knows it’s going perfectly.
CAPTAIN CHIP TINY TEE TRIALS!
Captain Chip has set up his Tiny Tee Trials, where every shot must be taken with great care… and a little bit of flair!
Children line up their balls, aim for colourful targets, and gently tap, roll and strike their way through a series of playful putting challenges. There are tunnels to aim through, targets to reach, and plenty of proud “championship” moments along the way.
CAPTAIN CHIP
Calm, focused and quietly dramatic, Captain Chip believes every tiny tap could be the perfect shot. He’s always watching… and always impressed.
TINA TWIRL'S RACKET RUMBLE
Tina Twirl is already in motion, and her Racket Rumble is all about bounce, rhythm and keeping things moving.
Children bounce balls, track movement, and take part in fast, playful challenges that involve catching, tapping and reacting. Expect plenty of up-and-down movement, quick games and lots of action that keeps everyone on their toes.
TINA TWIRL
Full of energy and always on the move, Tina brings excitement to every second. If there’s bouncing, spinning or giggling, she knows everyone is doing brilliantly.
BARRY BOWLINS STRIKE SPECTACULAR
Big Barry Bowlins... the bowler, has lined everything up for his Strike Spectacular, and he’s certain every roll is going to be perfect.
Children roll balls towards pins and targets, experimenting with speed, direction and aim. There are close shots, long rolls and satisfying moments as things get knocked down again and again.
BARRY BOWLINS
Confident, cheerful and always celebrating early, Barry believes every roll is a winning one. And most of the time… he’s right.
THE TEAM IS ALWAYS GROWING!
New characters are always being introduced, each bringing their own personality, style and surprises to the sessions. Over time, children begin to recognise their favourites, build familiarity, and form a connection with the coaches they meet along the way.
It becomes more than just a session, it’s something they look forward to returning to, seeing who they’ll meet next and who they’ll remember.
